The Technology And Infrastructure Lead must examine and compile all detailed requirements captured in the earlier tasks. Following which a gap analysis must be done on the requirements with respect to any changes that have occurred in the Client environment and technology standards (if any). In addition, an asessment must also be carried out to evaluate if there are any risks in meeting the requirements. These gaps and risks must be documented into a cohesive, comprehensive and actionable format to produce a report on the findings from this activity. An action plan to address the gaps and mitigate the riks must be prepared.
These must be shared and validated with stakeholders from both Capgemini and Client organisation to seek concurrence and provide updates to the Engagement Manager (Transition) in order to update the tranistion plan if necessary.
If there are any financial decisions to be made, the Technology And Infrastructure Lead must ensure that Capgemini Engagement Manager (Transition) seeks the appropriate approvals before proceeding. |
